The core of MS series is composed by stator, rotor, and roller piston distributors, it is hydraulic function manifold. Drawing 2 is sketch map for stator and rotor structure ( 8 piston 6 action hydraulic motor model), 6 action is means piston roller works 6 times per circle, action time is stator roller path concavo-convex time. Interior curve is component of umpty curve section, each curve section is make up of uplifted section, transitional section and degressive section, roller past the curve section one time, piston moved one time. Drawing 3 is sketch map for piston-roller pressured., when piston moved to uplifted section and connected with high-pressure oil, Hydraulic force Fy will moved around axis direction, this force of stator and rotor caused Fn force, Fn can be divide into Ft and Fr, Fr will balance Fy and Ft will moved to motor casting which caused motor axis torque move to transitional section and degressive section, in this way rotor down with stator curve, bottom of piston will connected with oil casting then hydraulic oil be returned to oil casing, it is caused optimized curve, high torque and high inverted energy efficiency.
If MS motor used in closed system, the compensation pressure range will be 1.2-3pa. If it is in open system, the backpressure is system backpressure. In order to ensure rotor can not renegaded stator, it required oil casting keep backpressure, more backpressure high speed, this speed base on without any noise when rotor moved. |
